6. Technology infusion programs to all sectors of the national economy.
7. STI management research & policy evaluations.
8. Institution of an annual high-level technology innovation policy dialogue.
9. Introduction of the NACETEM Academy to manage educational services provided by NACETEM.
10. Building capacities and professionalism of NACETEM staff.
